Framework

From brief to outcome
in six steps

A selfdriven engagement is structured, fast, and transparent from day one. First substantive output in 72 hours. Every step KERI-anchored. You own everything we produce.

Why six steps — not eight weeks of discovery?

Traditional consulting firms front-load engagements with discovery phases that take weeks, cost a significant fraction of the total fee, and produce outputs that mostly describe what the client already knows. We use AI agents to compress that discovery cycle from weeks to hours.

The six steps below aren't a gated methodology — they're a delivery rhythm. Steps 3, 4, and 5 operate in parallel. You see substantive output from day three, not week eight.

How is this different from just using AI tools?

AI tools are powerful. They don't provide a named accountable human, a structured engagement framework, KERI-evidenced deliverables, or a conductor who understands your strategic context and can present findings to a board.

selfdriven.consulting provides the human judgment layer that makes AI output trustworthy and actionable in an enterprise context. The agents accelerate the work. The conductor makes it defensible.

The Engagement Process

Six steps from brief to outcome

Most firms stop at step 4. Steps 5 and 6 — living deliverables and dependency-free exit — are what make a selfdriven engagement genuinely different.

01
Brief & Scope
You describe the challenge — as specifically or broadly as you like. Our intake agent maps it against the 8 Areas of Focus, identifies primary and secondary areas, and surfaces a scoping proposal within 24 hours. No discovery call required.
Timeline24 hours from submission to scoping proposal
OutputScoping proposal — areas, services, agent roster, timeline, and pricing
KERIEngagement inception event anchored to KEL on brief submission
02
Conductor Assignment
A named human conductor is assigned as accountable lead for your engagement — matched to your primary Areas of Focus. Their KERI AID and ACDC authority credential are shared with you. You know exactly who is responsible before any work begins.
TimelineWithin 2 hours of engagement acceptance
OutputConductor profile, KERI AID, ACDC credential, direct contact details
KERIConductor authority credential issued as ACDC, chained to engagement AID
03
Agent Deployment
Domain-specific AI agents are activated under KERI-delegated authority from the conductor. Each agent is scoped to specific tasks and a specific time window — only the agents needed for your engagement are activated. Work begins immediately.
TimelineDay 1 — agents begin work within hours of conductor assignment
OutputAgent roster confirmation, task allocation, initial data collection begins
KERIDelegated inception (dip) event issued per agent, bounding authority to scope
04
First Deliverable — 72 Hours
The first substantive output arrives within 72 hours — not an agenda or a methodology deck, but actual analysis, draft frameworks, or initial findings relevant to your challenge. The conductor reviews and signs off before delivery.
Timeline72 hours from engagement start — guaranteed
OutputFirst substantive analysis or draft framework, conductor-reviewed and signed off
KERIDeliverable anchored via ixn event — tamper-evident from the moment of delivery
05
Iterative Review & Living Deliverables
Conductor-led review sessions keep the engagement on track. Findings feed back into agents. Every iteration is anchored to the KEL — no lost context between sessions. Deliverables are living documents that update as your context shifts, not static PDFs that age immediately.
TimelineOngoing through the engagement — typically weekly review cadence
OutputRefined deliverables, updated analyses, board packs, action registers
KERIEach version anchored — full revision history with cryptographic provenance
06
Embed & Exit — You Own Everything
We don't create consulting dependency. When the engagement concludes, all frameworks, models, agent configurations, and credentials export to your systems in your preferred formats. You own the IP outright. There is no ongoing licence, no proprietary methodology lock-in, no artificial reason to extend.
TimelineFinal week of each engagement — structured handover and export
OutputAll deliverables, models, KEL export, agent configuration docs, handover guide
KERIFull KEL transferred to your custody — the engagement record is yours permanently
Engagement Models

Three ways to engage

Choose the model that fits your challenge and timeline. All three follow the same six-step process — the difference is scope, depth, and duration.
