A named human conductor is assigned as accountable lead for your engagement — matched to your primary Areas of Focus. Their KERI AID and ACDC authority credential are shared with you. You know exactly who is responsible before any work begins.

Domain-specific AI agents are activated under KERI-delegated authority from the conductor. Each agent is scoped to specific tasks and a specific time window — only the agents needed for your engagement are activated. Work begins immediately.

The first substantive output arrives within 72 hours — not an agenda or a methodology deck, but actual analysis, draft frameworks, or initial findings relevant to your challenge. The conductor reviews and signs off before delivery.

Conductor-led review sessions keep the engagement on track. Findings feed back into agents. Every iteration is anchored to the KEL — no lost context between sessions. Deliverables are living documents that update as your context shifts, not static PDFs that age immediately.
