Facilitation
Led by practising selfdriven conductors
Every session is facilitated by a conductor who runs live selfdriven engagements. The frameworks taught are the frameworks in use — not academic reconstructions.
Scale
Maximum 8 participants per cohort
Deliberately small. Every participant needs to contribute and be challenged. The blueprint work on days three and four requires individual attention from the facilitating conductors.
Technology
Live selfdriven infrastructure — not sandboxed demos
Participants interact with the actual selfdriven agent infrastructure — real KERI credentials, real agent delegation, real audit trails. The conductor simulation on day three uses production-grade tools.
Continuity
Pre-work and 30-day follow-through
Each cohort receives preparatory materials two weeks before the program. Post-program, a 30-day follow-up session with the cohort conductor reviews progress against the 90-day plan.

The program is held at the selfdriven Studio, Sydney. Accommodation recommendations are provided. For international cohorts, the Studio can travel to major centres by arrangement.
